Grab A Block

Book a block of your time

Grab a block.

The simplest way for prospects, customers, partners, and associates to book a block of your time. Paid or at no charge. One person, or a whole group.

Set up in minutes and dialed in to how you work. Your brand, your domain, your calendar.

Your open hours. Someone grabs a block.

Three ways in

Paid, at no charge, or settled by a poll.

Offer the kinds of time that fit the relationship. Set the length, set the price, set your hours. People take it from there.

At no charge

Open a block for anyone

A quick intro, a discovery call, office hours. Share the link, people pick a time that works, you meet. The simplest first hello.

Paid

Put a price on the hour

Charge for a session, a consult, a deep-dive. Guests pay as they book, the time locks in, and the calendar invite goes out the moment payment clears.

By poll

Let a group land on a time

When it takes more than one person, send a poll. Everyone marks the blocks that work, you lock the winning hour, and it books for the whole room at once.

How it works

Share a link. They grab a block. It's on the calendar.

From link to booked in three steps, with the invites, the meeting link, and the reminders handled for you.

  1. Step one

    Share your link

Your booking page lives on your own domain with your meeting types, your prices, and the hours you are open. Drop the link in an email, a signature, a DM.

  2. Step two

    They grab a block

Guests see your open times and pick one in under a minute. Paid sessions check out as they book. Groups settle it with a poll.

  3. Step three

    It lands on the calendar

A calendar invite and a meeting link go out to everyone automatically, with reminders ahead of time so the hour actually happens.

What's a block

A block is a chunk of your time someone can grab.

Fifteen minutes. An hour. A paid working session. You set the lengths, the prices, and the hours you keep open. Your calendar shows only the blocks that are actually open, so a guest always picks from real time.

That is why it looks like a grid: your week, laid out in blocks, with the one a guest grabs lit up as theirs.

Questions

The short answers.

How do people book time with me?
You share one link. Guests see the blocks you have open, pick one in under a minute, and the meeting books itself. A calendar invite with the meeting link goes out to everyone right away.
Can I charge for meetings?
Yes. Set a price on any meeting type, or keep it at no charge. Paid guests check out as they book, and the time locks in the moment payment clears.
How much does Grab A Block cost?
Starter is $6 a month billed annually (or $8 month to month) and puts your booking page on your own domain with a small Grab A Block badge. Pro is $12 a month billed annually (or $16 month to month) and makes it white-label: your logo, your colors, and the badge removed. Both plans include unlimited meeting types, paid bookings, and group polls.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Grab A Block never takes a cut of your bookings on either plan; your payments run through your own payment account, so the only fee is your processor's standard rate. The plans differ on branding alone: Starter shows a small Grab A Block badge, Pro is fully white-label.
What if it takes a group to find a time?
Send a poll instead of a single link. Everyone marks the blocks that work for them, then you lock the winning hour and it books for the whole group at once.
What do my guests have to do?
Pick a time and add their name. That is it. They get a calendar invite, the meeting link, and a reminder before the call so the hour actually happens.
Does it work with my calendar?
Yes. It reads your calendar so guests only ever see times you are actually open, and it writes each new booking back so your day stays in one place.
Is it on my own brand and domain?
Yes. Your page lives on your own domain and wears your brand, so booking time with you feels like booking time with you.
